Customers can seek a return within 30 working days after their order is received as long as the item fits the conditions listed below as due to the nature of our alcoholic drinks as well as quality control rules, we only allow returns if the products are damaged , faulty, inaccurate or compromised during delivery.
In order to be eligible for a return, it is mandatory for the product to be unopened, unused either partially or fully as well as it being in its original packaging with all seals untouched. Any bottles that show signs of tampering or consumption will not be accepted for returns.
Customers are kindly asked to alert our support team within 48 hours after delivery if an item is damaged or incorrect, providing photographic proof if feasible. We will provide a complete refund or a replacement at no extra cost , including return delivery once the problem has been confirmed.
Refunds performed using the original payment method are usually completed within 5 to 10 days after its acceptance while delivery expenses, where applicable are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error from our part.
